Diagnosis and repair of faults in mechanical elements such as bearings, chains, gears, motors, reducers, and other components.
Adjustment and alignment of conveyor belts.
Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Clearing jams and resolving incidents on conveyor belts.
Daily inspection of the state of the facilities to detect possible anomalies.
Interpretation of electrical diagrams.
Diagnosis and resolution of electrical faults.
Maintenance and handling of:
Electric motors.
Frequency drives.
Sensors, photocells, and industrial scanners.
Use of measuring instruments for the testing and verification of electrical equipment.
Knowledge of PLC programming and diagnosis.
Analysis and resolution of failures in automated systems.
Knowledge of conveyor belt control systems, with special value placed on experience with Vanderlande systems.
Handling of CMMS systems for maintenance management, preferably Rosmiman.
Monitoring of facilities from the control room.
Basic use of industrial software associated with the operation and maintenance of equipment.

As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the automated facilities, performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure operational continuity.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
Detect, diagnose, and resolve faults quickly to minimize the impact on production.
Analyze incidents and propose solutions to prevent their recurrence.
Record all interventions and actions performed in the maintenance management system.
Collaborate closely with the Operations and Supervision teams to guarantee the availability of the facilities.
