Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical requirements

Mechanical level

Diagnosis and repair of bearings, chains, gears, motors, and gearboxes.

Adjustment and alignment of conveyor belts.

Experience in industrial maintenance.

Electrical level

Ability to interpret electrical schematics.

Diagnosis of electrical faults.

Handling of:

Electric motors

Variable frequency drives

Sensors, photocells, and scanners

Use of measuring instruments.

Automation level

Knowledge of PLCs.

Conveyor belt control systems (VANDERLANDE experience valued).

Failure analysis in automated systems.

Industrial IT

Use of CMMS systems, especially ROSMIMAN.

Monitoring from the control room.

Basic handling of industrial software.

Professional skills

Problem-solving and rapid decision-making.

Ability to work under pressure in production environments.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
