We are looking to hire an RF Microelectronic Equipment Adjustment and Testing Technician to join our RF production center in Torrejón. Adjustment, calibration, and testing of radio frequency (RF) microelectronic equipment. Verification and validation of equipment in a production environment. Work in a cleanroom following quality and safety procedures. Collaboration with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure the correct functioning of the equipment. ✅ What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in adjustment, testing, or integration of electronic equipment. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) and electronic equipment. Experience in the Defense sector or technological industrial environments is valued. Experience in cleanrooms and use of climate chambers is valued. Higher Degree in Electronic Systems or similar. It is essential to be able to obtain Personal Security Clearance (HPS). ⭐ We will especially value Experience in precision electronic manufacturing. Knowledge of environmental and climate testing. Ability to work following technical procedures and quality standards. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning. 🕒 Schedule Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: 🌅 Morning: 07:00 to 15:00 🌇 Afternoon: 15:00 to 23:00 🌙 Fixed night shift: 23:00 to 07:00 There is also an option for a fixed afternoon shift (15:00 to 23:00) 📋 Conditions Initial 6-month project.
