  • Location: Majadahonda
  • Duration: Minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the period 6 more months. Subsequent hiring possible with a temporary contract.

  • Schedule: From Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

🔎 What profile are we looking for?

Academic background: Students of a Master's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration and Management, with a positive assessment of studies in Taxation, Executive Compensation, International Mobility.

Languages: English level C1

Specific applications and software skills: Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 package (Excel, PowerPoint).

Required competencies/skills: Analytical thinking, data orientation, effective communication, organizational and planning skills, high commitment and interest in learning.

💻 What will you do in this internship?

  • Participate in managing cash and share-based incentives, providing support in monitoring and calculating estimates during the incentive generation period.
  • Support the preparation and settlement of variable compensation conditions (national and international).
  • Help manage international social benefits (pension calculations, pension commitment arrangements, taxation).
  • Collaborate on reports to governing bodies (Boards of Directors, CNR, etc.), external institutions (CNMV) and internal reporting (reports, annual report).
  • Assist in reviewing expatriation contracts and letters and preparing compensation conditions and annexes of conditions.
