The role
From Paul Marlex, we are looking to hire a Center Coordinator to strengthen the team at a nursing home in the Vallès area. This is a key position to ensure the smooth operation of the center, coordinate the team, and guarantee quality care for residents.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and support the professional team in their day-to-day work.
- Organize shifts, manage absences, and plan staffing.
- Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Oversee documentation and coordinate with external providers.
- Support management in the continuous improvement and planning of the center.
How you'll work
- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Profile we are looking for
- University degree (Psychology, Labor Relations, Social Work, Business Administration, or similar).
- Leadership, management, and empathy skills.
- Orientation toward caring for the elderly and teamwork.
- Previous experience in coordination and in the social-healthcare sector will be valued.
