Requirements
What we're looking for
- Intermediate vocational training in Electromechanics, Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing or similar.
- Previous experience in industrial production environments, heavy machinery or machining.
- Technical, hands-on profile accustomed to working on the plant floor.
- Operational leadership skills and ability to resolve incidents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician will be valued.

The role
We are collaborating with a major industrial company that needs to hire an Industrial Section Manager (Cabling and Extrusion) for its plant in Monzón. We are looking for a key figure to ensure operational continuity and the proper functioning of a critical production section.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the Cabling and Extrusion section, leading the shift team and ensuring the quality, efficiency and stability of the production process. This is a strategic position linked to the generational handover from the current manager.
What you'll do
- Operation and supervision of extrusion and cabling machinery.
- Performing adjustments, tooling changes and control of process parameters.
- Verification of product quality and completion of records.
- Organisation and coordination of the work of up to 3 people per shift.
- Communication between shifts and coordination with supervision and maintenance.
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with 5S standards.
- Proposal of improvements and process optimisation.
How you'll work
- Location: Monzón (on-site work at the plant).
- Collective agreement: 21st General Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry.
- Salary: to be agreed, based on skills and experience (from €30,000 gross per year).
