The role

Are you looking to take on real technical management responsibilities and team leadership from your very first professional steps?

We are opening a selection process to incorporate a Production Shift Supervisor (Junior) into our plant's operational structure. This position is specifically designed for engineering-based profiles who wish to move away from the exclusive routine of a technical office and prefer to develop themselves in the heart of manufacturing activity: on the shop floor, in continuous contact with the production facilities and managing the human factor in real time.

What you'll do

Assignment of workstations, loads, and line rhythm: Distribute, coordinate, and balance the tasks of your assigned team (6-7 operators per shift) based on the daily manufacturing order and plan. Efficiently manage the relief schedule, programmed breaks, and internal workstation rotations to maintain productive flow without interruptions or bottlenecks.

Agile management of incidents and personnel contingencies: Resolve quickly and assertively any unforeseen events during the workday, such as sudden absenteeism, urgent substitutions, temporary restructuring of workloads, or mediation in operational conflicts on the line, ensuring a collaborative and goal-oriented working environment.
