Negotiable salary according to experience and value provided.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: mornings from 6 to 14 and afternoons from 14 to 22.

At Grupo Nortempo, we are selecting an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent position in a leading company in its sector located in Casalarreina (La Rioja).

We are looking for a person with experience in industrial maintenance, resourceful, and with mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge, who wants to join a dynamic environment where they will play a key role in the proper functioning of the facilities and production equipment.

What you'll do

Carrying out preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic breakdowns.
Monitoring and complying with established maintenance plans.
Detecting incidents and proposing improvements to optimize the operation of equipment.
Coordination and supervision of the maintenance team to guarantee production continuity.
Recording interventions and actions carried out.
Complying with safety regulations and maintaining the facilities.
