What we're looking for
· Previous experience in shop and/or team management (experience in the swimming pool sector will be especially valued, but is not essential).
· French is essential. Knowledge of English and other languages will be highly valued.
· Good treatment of customers and colleagues, leadership capacity, and conflict resolution.
· Basic knowledge of IT and process management.

The role
At Paul Marlex we are collaborating with a company specialized in the swimming pool sector, with several stores in Catalonia. They currently need to hire a STORE MANAGER, for their establishment located in l'Escala
What you'll do
The selected person will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks autonomously under direction:
· Integral management of the shop and its team (2-3 people, depending on the season).
· Personalized customer service and advice.
· Coordination and supervision of work procedures and the IT system.
· Planning and organization of daily tasks.
· Stock control, reception of goods, and placing orders.
· Ensuring compliance with the company's quality and service standards.
