The role

From Nortempo, we are selecting a Store Manager to join a food sector establishment located in A Coruña.

What you'll do

We are looking for a person with previous experience as a store manager or supervisor, accustomed to managing the daily operations of the establishment, coordinating work teams, and supervising commercial operations.

An autonomous, organized, and customer-oriented profile is required, with leadership capacity and experience in the management of commercial establishments.

Main functions

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store.
Coordinate the work team, distribute tasks, and organize shifts.
Guarantee quality customer service.
Supervise the reception, replenishment, and correct display of merchandise.
Control stock, place orders, and manage supply needs.
Supervise the cash register and perform the corresponding closings.
Ensure the order, cleanliness, and correct presentation of the establishment.
Resolve operational and customer service incidents.
Guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
