The role
At Marlex Human Capital we are recruiting nursing staff to join the Hospitalization Department of a renowned private clinic in Ibiza (Balearic Islands).

What you'll do
- Comprehensive assessment of hospitalized patients and provision of ongoing care.
- Safe administration of medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and recording of vital signs and clinical progress.
- Close collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team.
- Providing attention, guidance, and support to patients and their families during their stay.
- Compliance with care protocols and clinical safety standards at the center.
How you'll work
- 12-hour shifts (day and/or night) with stable scheduling.
Requirements
- Nursing degree officially recognized in Spain.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in inpatient care.
- Empathy, patient-centered approach, and ability to work in a team
