Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a pharmacy representative or laboratory sales representative, selling food supplements, dermocosmetics, or parapharmaceutical products.
Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition, market opening, and commercial negotiation.
Result orientation, autonomy, and a hunter mentality, with the ability to generate recurring business.
Driver's license and availability to travel.

Nice to have

Having a contact portfolio of pharmacies in Catalonia and experience with purchasing groups or distributors is highly valued.
Interest in the field of women's health.

What you'll get

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in women's health and nutraceuticals to hire a Health Sales Manager to lead the opening and development of the pharmacy channel in Barcelona and the metropolitan area.

What you'll do

Open and develop the pharmacy channel, converting new sign-ups into active and recurring customers.
Acquire new pharmacies and ensure they recommend the products at the counter.
Train pharmacy teams and monitor product rotation and replenishment.
Negotiate commercial conditions with pharmacies, purchasing groups, and cooperatives.
Manage the commercial pipeline and monitor key KPIs through the CRM.
Design and consolidate the channel's commercial model, reporting directly to management.
Drive business growth, with the possibility of evolving into a Commercial Director position and leading a team.
