The role
From Marlex Healthcare we are looking to hire a Hospitalization Nurse to join the team of an important private hospital located in Barcelona.
If you are passionate about inpatient care and are looking for job stability within a reference hospital, this could be a great opportunity to continue developing your professional career.
What you'll do
- Assess and monitor the condition of patients during their hospital stay.
- Administer prescribed medication and treatments, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, monitoring clinical progress and detecting any potential issues.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and patient-centered attention.
- Comply with safety protocols, quality of care standards, and clinical documentation procedures.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the hospitalization process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing accredited in Spain.
- Previous experience in hospitalization units.
- Valid work permit.
- Responsible, organized person with the ability to work in a team and a patient-centered approach.
