About the role

At Marlex Human Capital we are selecting nursing staff to join the Hospitalization Service of a renowned private clinic in Ibiza starting in May.

If you have previous experience in hospitalization and want to develop your career in a modern healthcare environment focused on care excellence, this may be your opportunity.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive assessment of the hospitalized patient and provision of continuous care.
  • Safe administration of medication and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitoring and recording of vital signs and clinical progress.
  • Close collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention, guidance, and support for the patient and their family.
  • Compliance with care protocols and clinical safety standards of the center.
