The role

At Marlex Human Capital we are selecting nursing staff to join the Hospitalization Service of a renowned private clinic in Ibiza starting in May.

What you'll do

Comprehensive assessment of the hospitalized patient and provision of continuous care.
Safe administration of medication and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and recording of vital signs and clinical progress.
Close collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team.
Attention, guidance, and support for the patient and their family.
Compliance with care protocols and clinical safety standards of the center.

How you'll work

12-hour shifts (day and/or night) with stable scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing recognized in Spain.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospitalization.
Empathy, patient-centered approach, and ability to work in a team.
