Purchasing and Procurement Manager

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aforementioned tasks and with Asian suppliers.

·You have a good command of Excel and the ability to work in a coordinated manner with different departments.

·You have an English level of B2 or higher (essential)

·You are an organized, responsible, analytical, and decisive person.

·You have training in Business Administration, International Trade, Purchasing, or Logistics. (valuable)

At Paul Marlex, we are working jointly with a leading company in the manufacturing, import, and distribution of professional plumbing, heating, and fluid transport systems. They currently need to incorporate a Purchasing and Procurement Manager.

The selected person will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks autonomously, reporting directly to management:

·You will plan and manage product purchases, mainly from Asian suppliers, and the follow-up of orders and delivery dates.

·You will negotiate prices, terms, and supply conditions.

·You will analyze procurement needs and stock levels through inventories.

·You will coordinate import logistics, mainly by sea.

·You will analyze opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and processes related to purchasing.
