Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, and/or similar.
At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position within an industrial sector company and/or machinery manufacturer.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Availability to travel sporadically at a regional level.
You are a proactive person, with initiative, methodical, organized, results-oriented and customer-oriented, resourceful, attentive to detail, with a global and transversal vision, the ability to lead and manage a team, dynamic, flexible and versatile, responsible and committed to the company's objectives.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and audits is valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the product packaging machinery manufacturing sector, in the search for a QUALITY MANAGER for their delegation located in Vallès Occidental.

What you'll do

Define and develop criteria, procedures, and controls that guarantee the conformity of products and processes with established requirements.
Guarantee quality during the manufacturing, assembly, and validation of machines and the monitoring of incidents before delivery.
Develop processes for the evaluation, approval, and monitoring of suppliers, applying controls according to criticality and risk.
Guarantee the effective management of complaints and non-conformities, with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain the system in accordance with ISO 9001, its documentation, and audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, reworks, returns, and complaints.
