The role

From Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the industrial sector located in Baix Empordà, which is currently looking to hire a Quality Control Technician to perform routine analytical controls and verify the conformity of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

Performing routine physicochemical controls (measuring pH, viscosity, density, and organoleptic characteristics).
Carrying out sampling of raw materials, materials, and products, as well as preparing samples for analysis.
Preparing reagents and laboratory solutions.
Recording and archiving analytical results and managing samples.
Ensuring basic maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory equipment.
Supporting monitoring studies and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have training as a Senior Technician in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control.
Previous experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics laboratory will be positively valued... (Knowledge of the ISO 22716 standard is highly valued).
You have mastery of basic laboratory techniques, handling of quality control equipment, and proficiency in computer tools (Office 365 / Excel, ERP).
