Senior Accountant

• Manage the accounting of the assigned companies within the Group, ensuring the correct recording of economic transactions.

• Record invoices from customers, suppliers, and creditors, as well as monitor collections and payments.

• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and reconcile accounting accounts for customers, suppliers, and creditors.

• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings, making necessary provisions, accruals, and adjustments.

• Manage the fixed assets of the assigned companies, carrying out control, monitoring, and recording of corresponding depreciation.

• Control and reconcile inventory, collaborating in stocktaking and inventory valuation processes.

• Prepare and file periodic taxes, ensuring compliance with the tax obligations of the assigned companies.

• Collaborate in preparing internal and external audits, providing the required documentation and supporting the resolution of any issues.

• Analyze and review financial information to ensure the reliability and consistency of the financial statements.

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's administrative and accounting processes.

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, a degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar qualifications.

• Previous experience in accounting or financial administration departments.

• Solid knowledge of general accounting and basic taxation.

• Experience performing bank reconciliations and managing accounting accounts.

• Valuable experience participating in monthly and annual accounting closings.

• Knowledge of fixed asset management, depreciation, and inventory control.

• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

• Valuable experience working with business management ERP systems.

• Advanced level of Spanish. Knowledge of Catalan will be valued.
