The role

UROLA - PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (Changeover Specialist)

Mission

Support the production team and manage the evacuation team, ensuring the production and quality of plastic containers/parts.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- Execute production planning according to specifications, guaranteeing productivity.

- Perform format changes: adjust parameters/mechanisms until speed and quality are stable, within the pre-set time.

- Control stock levels in raw material hoppers.

- Manage waste (reprocessable and external manager).

- Perform periodic controls and measurements; correct non-conformities and communicate them (participation in SCRA).

- In the event of deviations: communicate to the EHB team and collaborate/decide on the solution.

- Ensure compliance with autonomous maintenance; collaborate in requested maintenance tasks.

- Comply with and enforce environmental, sustainability, 5S, and occupational health and safety standards.

- Manage the evacuation team: shifts, breaks, monitoring.

- Support the production team by performing tasks specific to an Evacuator.

- Support prototyping/homologation of new containers or materials.

- Collaborate in the design, execution, and validation of production means (new or adapted).

- Provide suggestions for improvement in procedures and methods.

- Participate in organizational improvement and/or social impact projects.

- Participate in the EHB Team (optimization of manufacturing and container quality).

- Shift handover with the necessary information for continuity.
