Executive Projects Technician

At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a leading company in the development of industrial projects, seeking an EXECUTIVE PROJECTS TECHNICIAN to strengthen its technical department and actively participate in actual on-site execution.

• Development of executive projects based on preliminary designs.
• Preparation of construction details and definition of technical on-site solutions.
• Resolution of technical incidents during execution.
• Technical support to Site Management and Construction Management.
• Review of technical documentation from contractors and suppliers.
• On-site monitoring and support in decision-making.
• Coordination between architecture, structure, and installations.
• Preparation of measurements, reports, and technical documentation.
• Interpretation of applicable regulations during the project and execution phases.

You will be part of the technical department, providing direct support to the Site Management and on-site execution. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in executive projects and technical on-site assistance.
• Ability to interpret and resolve construction details with technical judgment.
• Practical knowledge of construction systems, structure, and installations.
• Decisive, organized profile oriented toward actual execution.
• Experience in industrial projects, logistics warehouses, or extensions of existing buildings.

• Knowledge of urban planning regulations and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in BIM methodology and model coordination.
• Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Presto, and common technical office tools.

Desde Paul Marlex colaboramos con una empresa referente en el desarrollo de proyectos industriales, en la búsqueda de un/a TÉCNICO/A DE PROYECTOS EJECUTIVOS para reforzar su departamento técnico y participar activamente en la ejecución real de obra.

• Desarrollo de proyectos ejecutivos a partir de proyectos básicos.
• Elaboración de detalles constructivos y definición de soluciones técnicas de obra.
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas durante la ejecución.
• Soporte técnico a Dirección Facultativa y Dirección de Obra.
• Revisión de documentación técnica de contratistas y proveedores.
• Seguimiento de obra y apoyo en la toma de decisiones.
• Coordinación entre arquitectura, estructura e instalaciones.
• Elaboración de mediciones, memorias y documentación técnica.
• Interpretación normativa aplicable en fase de proyecto y ejecución.

Formarás parte del departamento técnico, dando soporte directo a Dirección Facultativa y a la ejecución de obra. Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Formación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia en proyectos ejecutivos y asistencia técnica en obra.
• Capacidad para interpretar y resolver detalles constructivos con criterio técnico.
• Conocimiento práctico de sistemas constructivos, estructura e instalaciones.
• Perfil resolutivo, organizado y orientado a la ejecución real.
• Experiencia en proyectos industriales, naves logísticas o ampliaciones de edificios existentes.

• Conocimientos de normativa urbanística y tramitación administrativa.
• Manejo de metodología BIM y coordinación de modelos.
• Dominio de Revit, AutoCAD, Presto y herramientas habituales de oficina técnica.

• Posición estable e incorporación directa por empresa.
• Formar parte de una ingeniería consolidada con proyectos de alto nivel técnico.
• Participación directa en proyectos ejecutivos y dirección de obra.
