What will your role be?

As part of the Energy Parks area, you will be responsible for organizing and controlling the maintenance of distributed control systems, carrying it out where applicable, providing technical support to the Plants, maximizing system availability, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as the Company's general policies.

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the basic control of Distributed Control Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, SCADA, OMS…) including implementation/maintenance of tags, graphics, TFGs, operating groups, alarms, trends, simple and cascade loops, loop tuning, simple control applications, ramps, split ranges, sequences, interlocks and logic, and native applications (cl)…

• Provide support to the Control Systems maintenance manager in corrective/preventive tasks defined within the scope of the Department's system maintenance (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, OMS…)

• Provide support to the maintenance manager in managing the Department's system spare parts (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, OMS…).

• Provide support to the Plants in diagnosing ESD and F&G logic, both for incidents, engineering, and commissioning of new units or revamping.

• Provide support to the Plants in diagnosing OMS tasks, both for incidents, engineering, and commissioning of new lines, valves, pumps, and final storage elements.

• Provide support to the Plants in Alarm Rationalization in control systems, as well as maintenance to ensure the proper operation of alarm management applications.

• Collaborate with your supervisor in maintaining standards, procedures, processes, and working methods, within the scope of functional maintenance (basic control) and projects.

• Diagnose problems and incidents in plant instrumentation or control panels, using the computer resources available in the control systems and in coordination with the Instrumentation Dept.

• Collaborate with Systems Technicians in all phases and tasks of the projects assigned to you, under the coordination of your supervisor.

• Collaborate with the Optimization Technicians (CA) to ensure the proper operation of servers and advanced applications and Blendings.

• Supervise and provide assistance in IT tasks within the Control Systems, by diagnosing them and managing incidents with the DSI.

• Administer and manage industrial communications between the different automation systems: OPC, modbus, Ethernet.

• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity department to keep the different assets of the control systems monitored, as well as managing backups and ensuring compliance with the established IT security measures on the control network.

• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks aimed at reviewing the condition of the designated control rooms.

• Perform on-call duties scheduled for the department and provide service in case of operational need.

• Carry out other tasks complementary to your main function, not listed here, that need to be performed for greater efficiency and full activity.

• Higher Level Vocational Training Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Honeywell control systems (FSC, SM, C-300…) is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial facilities, instrumentation, or Control Systems will be valued.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Integrado/a en el área de Energy Parks, serás responsable de organizar y controlar el mantenimiento de los sistemas de control distribuido, realizándolos en los casos que corresponda, dando soporte técnico a las Plantas, maximizando la disponibilidad de los sistemas y velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como las generales de la Empresa.

¿Por qué este es el puesto perfecto para ti?

• Ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento del control básico de los Sistemas de Control Distribuido (SCD, ESD, F&G, SCADA, OMS…) implementación/mantenimiento de tags, gráficos, TFGs, grupos de operación, alarmas, tendencias, lazos simples y en cascada, ajuste de lazos, aplicaciones simples de control, rampas, rangos partidos, secuencias, enclavamientos y lógicos, aplicaciones nativas (cl)… 

• Dar soporte al responsable de mantenimiento de los Sistemas de Control en tareas de correctivo / preventivo definidas dentro del ámbito del mantenimiento de los sistemas del Departamento (SCD, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, OMS…) 

• Dar soporte al responsable de mantenimiento en la gestión de los repuestos sistemas del Departamento (SCD, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, OMS…). 

• Dar soporte a las Plantas en el diagnóstico de las lógicas de los ESD y F&G, tanto en las incidencias, ingeniería y puestas en marcha de nuevas unidades o revamping. 

• Dar soporte a las Plantas en el diagnóstico de tareas OMS, tanto en las incidencias, ingeniería y puestas en marcha de nuevas líneas, válvulas, bombas y elementos de almacenamiento final. 

• Dar soporte a las Plantas en la Racionalización de las Alarmas en los sistemas de control, así como mantenimiento para el correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones de gestión de las alarmas. 

• Colaborar con su superior en el mantenimiento de los standares, procedimientos, procesos y métodos de trabajo, dentro del ámbito del mantenimiento funcional (control básico) y los proyectos 

• Realizar el diagnóstico de problemas e incidencias en la instrumentación de la Planta o paneles de control, con los medios informáticos disponibles en los sistemas de control y en coordinación el Dpt. de Instrumentación. 

• Colaborar con los Técnicos de Sistemas en todas las fases y tareas de ejecución de los proyectos que le sean asignados, bajo la coordinación de su superior. 

• Colaborar con los Técnicos de Optimización (CA) para el correcto funcionamiento de servidores y aplicaciones avanzadas y Blendings. 

• Supervisar y prestar asistencias en las tareas de IT dentro de los Sistemas de Control, mediante el diagnóstico de las mismas y la gestión de incidencias con la DSI. 

• Administrar y gestionar las comunicaciones industriales entre los distintos sistemas de automatización: OPC, modbus, Ethernet. 

• Colaborar con el departamento de Ciberseguridad para mantener los diferentes activos de los sistemas de control monitorizados, así la gestión de los backups y velar por que se cumplan las medidas de seguridad informática establecidas en la red de control. 

• Realizar los preventivos destinados a la revisión y estado de las salas destinadas de control. 

• Realizar guardias previstas para dicho departamento y brindar servicio en caso de necesidad operativa 

• Realiza otros trabajos complementarios a su función principal, no reseñados aquí, que requieran ser efectuados en orden a una mayor eficacia y plena actividad.

• Título de Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior/Ingeniería/Grado Electrónica o informática.
• Se requiere disponer de experiencia mínima de 2 años en los sistemas de control de Honeywell (FSC, SM, C-300…).
• Se valorará experiencia mínima de 5 años en instalaciones industriales, instrumentación o Sistemas de Control.
