Finance and Control Technician

What do we need from you?

• Between 3 and 7 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, auditing, or consulting.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and management tools.

• Knowledge of Power BI and automation tools will be valued.
• An organized, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to combine operational management with a financial vision.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in full evolution to recruit a Finance and Control Technician with a solid financial and accounting base, an analytical vision, and an interest in the continuous improvement of processes.

What will your mission be in the company?

Reporting directly to the Financial Management, you will participate in the company's financial management, ensuring the quality of economic information, providing support to management control, and contributing to the improvement of the area's processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in accounting management and in monthly and annual closings.
• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Coordinate with external advisory firms to ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and monitor key business indicators.
• Analyze budget deviations, costs, and results to support decision-making.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial monitoring.
• Provide support in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate in the review and optimization of administrative and financial processes.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, and improvement initiatives for management tools.
• Manage documentation and contracts, and provide support for grants and R&D projects.
