Requirements

What we're looking for

The role

At Marlex People, we are looking for you!

We are collaborating with a major industrial company located in Monzón, which needs to hire an Accounting Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a person with an interest in the administrative and accounting area, eager to learn and grow in an industrial environment.

The selected person will provide support to the plant's administration and accounting area, collaborating on day-to-day administrative tasks and basic accounting entries, always with the support of the team.

What you'll do

Recording and managing supplier invoices.
Filing and organizing administrative and accounting documentation.
Managing delivery notes and supporting order control.
Entering accounting data and supporting basic records.
Preparing and compiling documentation for the external advisory firm.
Handling phone calls and managing email.
Providing administrative support to the different departments of the plant.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and summer hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Monzón (on-site work at the plant).
Salary: between €18,000 and €23,000 gross per year, depending on experience and skills.
