Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in traffic, logistics, or transport departments.

The role

At Marlex, we are looking for a Traffic Administrator to join a consolidated company in the transport and logistics sector in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with planning skills, who wants to be part of a dynamic environment where they will play a key role in the coordination and monitoring of transport operations.

What you'll do

Management and planning of routes and transport services.
Assignment and monitoring of fleet trips.
Coordination with drivers and different internal departments.
Resolution of incidents related to transport and distribution.
Control of consumption, expenses associated with routes, and transport documentation.
Monitoring of service execution and activity reporting.
Coordination with the fleet maintenance area.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
