Route planning and optimization: Efficient planning and mapping of transport routes using specific programs (TMS).
Fleet and driver management: Daily operational coordination, service assignment, and continuous support for drivers.
Operational supervision: Real-time control and monitoring of loads, shipments, deliveries, and collections, ensuring nighttime and early morning operations.
Incident resolution: Agile management of incidents on route to meet established service levels.
Coordination and administrative tasks: Control of delivery notes, transport documentation, and direct communication with customers, the warehouse, and route personnel.
Plant support: Occasional operation of a front forklift if the operational needs of the warehouse require it.
Working day and schedule: Full-time intensive night/early morning shift (shifts between 01:00 h to 09:00 h or 04:00 h to 12:00 h, depending on operational needs).
