📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a Planning, Purchasing and Logistics Administrator (m/f/x) in Vitoria-Gasteiz. 📢
Do you have experience as a Planning, Purchasing and Logistics Administrator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in an industrial company located in the Jundiz Industrial Park.
1. Production Planning Support
• Collaborate with the planning team in the preparation, release, and monitoring of work orders for production.
• Ensure that the necessary technical documentation and instructions are ready for the plant team.
• Monitor the progress of orders to detect possible deviations in delivery times.
2. Purchasing Support and Materials Management
• Provide administrative support in the issuance, registration, and monitoring of orders to suppliers.
• Verify material delivery times and manage minor incidents (delays, shortages, or date changes).
• Keep the item master and the supplier database updated in the system.
3. Internal Logistics and Warehouse Support
• Collaborate in control and registration tasks during the reception of goods and raw materials.
• Support material preparation (kitting) and its correct internal distribution to the production lines.
• Participate actively in stock counts and periodic inventories to ensure data reliability.
🔹 Previous experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, warehouse, purchasing, or industrial/operational environments. We are also open to junior profiles with a strong desire to learn!
🔹 Vocational Training (FP) at Middle or Higher level in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or similar (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Fluent use of office tools (especially Excel). Having previously used an ERP system (SAP, Navision, Odoo, etc.) is highly valued.
