The role
Responsible for the cleaning of the dining room and the correct preparation of the tables,
in accordance with the catering procedures, the initial competency-based training and the
guidelines set by the Service Supervisor, in order to be able to offer good Service to the
Customer and guarantee their Satisfaction.
What you'll do
OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS.
- Set up and clear the tables, following the indicated instructions.
- Bring the dishes and cutlery used by the Customers into the kitchen.
- Clean tables and dining room areas.
- Take the cutlery and clean plates out of the kitchen and store them in the cupboard
follow-up.
- Take the plated production out of the kitchen.
- Serve drinks.
- Support Service Assistant B in their tasks.
- Substitute for Service Assistant B in case they are not present or when required by the
Service.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS.
- Inform the Customer.
- Direct contact with the public providing information, attention and help.
- Inform the Service Supervisor of any incident detected during the
service.
