About the role:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the administration department and the fresh food commercial area.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Support in the work of the commercial administrative staff.

Control of transport to know the units and weights of each truck.

Entry of orders into Axapta so that the cutting room can organize production.

Contact with the cutting room and shipping to prepare orders and assign them to transport.

Registration of daily and weekly recipe costing for entry into Axapta.

Ordering the products and kilos to be produced to the cutting room according to customer requests.

Direct contact with customers for new orders, claims, and incidents related to orders.
