The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a company in the food sector located in the Banyoles area, which needs to hire an Export Back Office Administrator to provide support for the commercial and operational management of international markets.

What you'll do

·Management of orders from international clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and large retailers.

·Customer service and follow-up for foreign clients, managing inquiries, incidents, and claims related to quality, delivery times, or transport.

·Management of certifications and export documentation, including sanitary, veterinary, and certificates of origin.

·Coordination of international transport, including the management of incoterms, transport contracts, and bookings for refrigerated containers for maritime export.

·Coordination with official bodies and compliance with customs and sanitary regulations of the different destination countries.

What are we looking for?

·Minimum of 2 years of experience in back office, commercial administration, or export positions.

·Fluent level of English (essential).

·Knowledge of French will be very positively valued.

·Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.

·Training in International Trade, Administration and Finance, Logistics, or similar.

·Organized, proactive, methodical person with a high orientation toward the client.

·Previous experience in export environments, customs documentation, and international transport is valuable.
