The role

NATIONAL BACK OFFICE - LA BISBAL D'EMPORDÀ.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team at a national level, ensuring agile and efficient management of administrative tasks, sales follow-up, preparation of quotes, and communication management.

Provide efficient support to the sales team.
Guarantee correct follow-up of sales processes.
Prepare and manage quotes correctly.
Ensure good management of communications.
Facilitate coordination between the Back Office and the sales team.
Guarantee agile and efficient administrative management at a national level.

What you'll do

Support the sales team in their daily tasks.
Follow up on sales processes and opportunities.
Prepare quotes and know how to interpret them.
Manage the sending and receiving of emails.
Follow up on requests and communications received.
Update and manage necessary information in IT tools.
Provide support in the various administrative tasks related to commercial activity at a national level.
Maintain fluid communication with the sales team.

How you'll work

From Monday to Saturday:

09:45 h to 14:00 h
16:30 h to 20:00 h

From Monday to Saturday:

11:00 h to 18:15 h
30-minute lunch break.
Sunday off.
One weekday off, which will rotate.
