What you'll do

  • Corrective and preventive maintenance of plastic injection machines.
  • Maintenance and repair of auxiliary equipment: ovens, dehumidifiers, robots, among others.
  • General maintenance of industrial facilities and the building.
  • Repair and adjustment of tooling and pneumatic assembly machines.
  • Preparation of basic maintenance documentation (work orders).
  • Training operators and team leaders in autonomous maintenance.
  • Control and management of spare parts and consumables needed for interventions.
  • Identification of improvements in maintenance processes and participation in their implementation.

What do we need from you?

  • Vocational training: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar (valuable).
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of injection machines: Arburg, Engel, Negri Bossi, Krauss Maffei, Sumitomo Demag.
  • Knowledge of Cartesian robots (Star, Wittmann) and anthropomorphic robots (ABB).
  • Handling of industrial automation: sensors, pistons, detectors, fibers, amplifiers, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
  • Experience in automatic and manual painting lines.
  • Knowledge of machine tools: drill, milling machine, lathe, grinder, etc.
  • Valuable previous experience in plastic injection companies with automation.
