• Leadership and management skills for multidisciplinary teams.

The role

We at Marlex People are looking for you! We are collaborating with an important restaurant company that needs to hire a Restaurant Manager.

What you'll do

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned location

• Coordinate and manage work teams.

• Control budgets, costs, and location indicators

• Supervise stock, inventories, and orders.

• Ensure compliance with food quality and hygiene standards.

• Manage incidents and ensure the proper functioning of the establishments.

• Supervise cash register closures and bank deposits when applicable.

• Maintain direct communication with the company and report on location activity
