At Marlex People we are collaborating with an industrial company that is looking for an Industrial Mechanical Workshop Manager for its facilities in the Maresme area.

• Organize the development of work, ensuring the necessary resources efficiently.
• Plan and supervise manufacturing orders and material tracking.
• Control production reports and daily labor.
• Coordinate the assembly of pre-series and prototypes, preparing incident reports.
• Ensure the production of parts according to tolerances and technical specifications.
• Propose improvements in production processes and prototype design.
• Supervise tools, fixtures, and machinery, ensuring their proper condition and use.
• Lead and manage the workshop team (organization, incidents, permits, etc.).
• Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in the section.
• Prepare monthly activity reports.
• Sheet metal transformation (carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum)
• Cutting with punching machines and laser cutting
• Folding, presses, and industrial tools
• Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding
• CAD/CAM knowledge for programming cutting machines

• Supervise preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate repairs with external technical services.
• Propose improvements in the maintenance area.

• Manage the documentation of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Supervise the proper management of workshop waste.
• Coordinate waste removal with the Environmental area.
• Detect and report incidents or environmental risks.

• Permanent contract
• Split shift:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Desde Marlex People estamos colaborando con una empresa industrial que se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Encargado de Taller Mecánico Industrial en sus instalaciones del Maresme.

• Organizar el desarrollo del trabajo, asegurando los recursos necesarios de forma eficiente.
• Planificar y supervisar las órdenes de fabricación y el seguimiento de materiales.
• Controlar los partes de producción y de mano de obra diaria.
• Coordinar los montajes de preseries y prototipos, elaborando informes de incidencias.
• Garantizar la producción de piezas conforme a tolerancias y especificaciones técnicas.
• Proponer mejoras en procesos productivos y diseño de prototipos.
• Supervisar herramientas, utillajes y maquinaria asegurando su correcto estado y uso.
• Liderar y gestionar el equipo del taller (organización, incidencias, permisos, etc.).
• Velar por la seguridad, el orden y la limpieza en la sección.
• Elaborar informes mensuales de actividad.
• Transformación de chapa (acero al carbono, inoxidable y aluminio)
• Corte con punzonadora y láser de fibra
• Plegado, prensas y herramientas industriales
• Conocimientos en Soldadura MIG y TIG
• Conocimentos CAD/CAM para programar máquinas de corte

• Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo de equipos e instalaciones.
• Coordinar reparaciones con servicios técnicos externos.
• Proponer mejoras al área de mantenimiento.

• Gestionar la documentación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG).
• Supervisar la correcta gestión de residuos del taller.
• Coordinar la retirada de residuos con el área de Medio Ambiente.
• Detectar y comunicar incidencias o riesgos ambientales.

• Contrato indefinido
• Jornada partida:
  • Lunes a jueves: 8:00h a 17:45h
  • Viernes: 8:00h a 14:15h
