Experience in industrial environments, workshops, production, or warehouses.

Previous experience coordinating people or work teams.

Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and resolve incidents.

Experience loading and unloading trucks.

Operation of forklifts and movement of materials.

Experience in the plastics, packaging, graphic arts, or printing sectors is highly valued.

Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, or basic machinery maintenance is valued.

Proactive, responsible, organized, and resourceful person.

Good communication skills and close leadership with the team.

📍 Location: Viladecans.

🕕 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:15 to 14:00 h.

🌞 Weekends off.

💰 €2,200 net monthly in 12 payments.

At Nortempo Selección, we are looking to hire a Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor for a consolidated industrial company located in Viladecans, specializing in the manufacture and transformation of plastic packaging.

The company works in the manufacture of bags, coils, sheets, and different plastic packaging solutions, developing transformation, making, cutting, and printing processes in-house.

We are looking for a person with experience in industrial environments who has the capacity to organize work, coordinate people, and maintain control of the workshop's day-to-day operations, but who is also practical and willing to participate in the operations when necessary.

Here, attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving ability will be just as important as previous experience.

You will have a key position within the daily operations, coordinating both the team and the organization of the workshop and warehouse.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Organization and coordination of workshop personnel.

• Distribution and monitoring of daily jobs and tasks.

• Supervision of the correct functioning of the team.

• Monitoring of attendance, clock-ins, and personnel organization.

• Control of order and correct maintenance of workstations.

• General organization of the workshop and warehouse.

• Loading and unloading of trucks.

• Operation of forklifts and support in the movement of materials and coils.

• Organization, location, and preparation of materials necessary for production.

• Coordination of the movement of coils and heavy materials using the appropriate means.

• Support to the team when operations require it.

• Detection and resolution of day-to-day incidents.

• Collaboration regarding small incidents related to machinery.

• Communication and coordination with other departments to ensure that work is completed correctly and within the planned times.
