Requirements

What we're looking for

CFGS training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or similar.
Fluorinated gases handling certificate.
Valid driver's license.

An organized, proactive person with the ability to work independently.

What you'll get

The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the search for a Refrigeration Technician / Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team.

We are looking for a person with training and experience in air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration, with the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, diagnose faults, and guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities.

What you'll do

Perform preventive maintenance interventions on air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration facilities.
Carry out preventive rounds through the buildings to check the state of the facilities.
Supervise and analyze the operating parameters of the Building Management Systems (BMS).
Diagnose faults and incidents and execute the necessary repairs to restore the correct functioning of the equipment.
Handle refrigerant gases, including repair, charging, and leak control operations on refrigeration equipment.
Record the interventions carried out in the maintenance management system (CMMS), detailing the work performed, the times, and the origin of the incidents.
Manage the request for spare parts necessary for maintenance interventions.
Apply the established procedures for the use and handling of the facilities.
Perform general maintenance tasks, providing versatility to the technical team.
