Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial company in the manufacturing sector, with a highly automated production plant and in constant evolution, seeks to incorporate a mechanical/electromechanical maintenance technician. The selected person will participate in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of the facilities and production equipment, ensuring maximum availability of the machinery.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and industrial facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
• Interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams to resolve incidents.
• Carry out mechanical interventions such as replacing bearings, motors, gearboxes, chains, and rollers.
• Use workshop machinery, including lathe and milling machine, for fitting and repair work.
• Record the actions carried out using CMMS tools and report daily activity to the maintenance supervisor.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

• Vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance in production environments.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics and electrical engineering applied to machinery.
• Use of lathe and milling machine
• Experience in interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Valuable experience or knowledge in PLC programming and diagnostics
• Basic knowledge of computer tools and CMMS systems
• Basic English level.
• Proactive, organized person, autonomous in troubleshooting and with the ability to work in a team.

• Permanent contract
• Rotating shift: Monday to Friday (morning, afternoon, and night)

La persona seleccionada participará en las labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones y equipos productivos, asegurando la máxima disponibilidad de la maquinaria.

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria e instalaciones industriales.
• Diagnosticar y resolver averías mecánicas, eléctricas y neumáticas.
• Interpretar esquemas eléctricos y neumáticos para la resolución de incidencias.
• Ejecutar intervenciones mecánicas como sustitución de rodamientos, motores, reductoras, cadenas y rodillos.
• Utilizar maquinaria de taller, incluyendo torno y fresa, para trabajos de ajuste y reparación.
• Registrar las actuaciones realizadas mediante herramientas GMAO y reportar diariamente la actividad al responsable de mantenimiento.
• Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de mantenimiento y fiabilidad de los equipos.

• Formación profesional en mecánica, electromecánica, electricidad o similar.
• Experiencia previa en mantenimiento industrial de entornos productivos.
• Conocimientos de mecánica industrial y electricidad aplicada a maquinaria.
• Uso de torno y fresa
• Experiencia en interpretación de esquemas eléctricos y neumáticos.
• Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en programación y diagnóstico de PLCs
• Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas GMAO
• Nivel básico de inglés.
• Persona proactiva, organizada, autónoma en la resolución de averías y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

• Contrato indefinido
• Horario rotativo: Lunes a viernes (mañana, tarde y noche)
