Requirements

What we're looking for

· Solid and demonstrable experience in CNC programming and machine operations.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a first-class CNC miller. (a test will be conducted)

· Programming with Mastercam 2D/3D, advanced mastery (a test will be conducted)

· Great agility in preparation and programming for unique parts or short series.

· Excellent interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications.

· Skills in problem-solving and decision-making to guarantee production quality and efficiency.

· Leadership and organizational capacity.

· Effective communication and team management.

Nice to have

· Knowledge of CNC (Haas) and other controls.

· Experience in machining technical plastics or special materials.

· Experience in vacuum suction beds.

The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a company specializing in precision machining of technical plastics, located in Sant Andreu de la Barca , which offers solutions to the packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, and machinery construction sectors, working with the latest CNC and CADCAM machinery technology, committing to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Currently, the technical team is growing and they want to incorporate a first-class skilled CNC Miller/Programmer (HAAS) with mastery of Mastercam, possessing a technical vision and the ability to add value.

What you'll do

· Programming of parts with Mastercam (2D, 3D), for the two work shifts.

· High technical knowledge of machining centers for the preparation of different setups, origins, and tools.

· Problem-solving and decision-making to guarantee production quality and efficiency.

· Manufacturing and supervision of production on the machine, optimizing machining operations, times, and production processes.

· Trainer and supervisor of the rest of the team in both Mastercam and machinery use.

· Guaranteeing production measurements, tolerances, and qualities.

· Maintaining order, organization, and cleanliness of the workshop.

How you'll work

· 6-month contract + permanent contract with future projection.

· Workplace located in Sant Andreu de la Barca (proximity is important).
