About the role

From Adecco, we are selecting a Milling Machine Operator to join on a stable basis an industrial company that is a benchmark in its sector, located in Sallent. The selected person will be part of the hydraulic workshop, carrying out chip removal machining work on both conventional and CNC milling machines, ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with the deadlines established in the manufacturing orders.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

  • Perform chip removal machining operations on conventional and/or CNC milling machines.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Set up machines: tool assembly, workpiece clamping, and parameter configuration.
  • Program and adjust CNC machines according to production needs.
  • Verify tolerances, measurements, and quality of manufactured parts.
  • Adjust tools and correct parameters during the machining process.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the workstation following 5S methodology.
  • Report technical issues or detected deviations.
  • Collaborate with the team and report to the section supervisor.
  • Possible occasional travel to customer facilities and access to specific industrial environments.
