The role

We are looking for a Production and Warehouse Manager!

At Marlex, we collaborate with a company dedicated to the manufacture of packaging made from cardboard tubes, which is looking to hire a Production and Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily activity and guarantee the smooth operation of its facilities.

What you'll do

Reporting to management, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising production, managing the warehouse, and coordinating the work team, ensuring compliance with planning and the correct functioning of processes.

Plan and organize daily production based on the company's needs.
Coordinate and supervise a team of approximately 5 female operators, working together with the shift supervisor.
Organize morning and afternoon work shifts according to production needs.
Manage the warehouse, controlling the entry and exit of goods.
Coordinate shipments and maintain contact with external transport companies.
Control stock levels and ensure the availability of materials.
Manage occasional purchases and monitor supply needs.
Provide support in the preparation and setup of production machines.
Identify possible basic mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance department to request assistance when necessary.
Ensure order, organization, and the general smooth operation of the facilities.
