• Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar.

• Valuable additional training in Lean Manufacturing, team management, and occupational risk prevention.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory positions in logistics environments or high-volume warehouses.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and receiving and shipping operations.

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Skills in data analysis and use of tools (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.).

We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager for our production center in Yecla (Murcia), with the mission of supervising and coordinating the operations of the logistics centers, aligning and optimizing the activities of the different centers to ensure compliance with productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Coordinate resources together with the managers to respond to operational needs.

• Lead the implementation of new processes and ensure their uniform application.

• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement in optimizing productivity, quality, and safety.

• Identify and coordinate new operational needs of the different teams and shifts.

• Participate in daily planning with planning and logistics, balancing the workload.

• Supervise the efficiency of the logistics platform processes and the use of resources.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, protocols, and work standards.

• Review, monitor, and report key KPIs, proposing corrective actions.

• Boost team motivation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and act as backup for the managers.
