The role

On behalf of Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established company located in Fraga, specializing in irrigation projects and installations, hydraulic networks, and water conduction, which needs to hire a Warehouse Manager.

We are looking for an organized, practical, and committed person who wants to develop a stable career path, learn the material catalog, and become a key figure for warehouse management and spare parts supply.

What you'll do

Ensure the correct management of materials and spare parts, maintaining stock control and guaranteeing supply to site teams and customers, as well as coordinating warehouse personnel.

Identify and locate materials, accessories, and spare parts according to the needs of customers and site teams.
Handle inquiries and manage spare parts requests, checking references and availability.
Organize the reception, inspection, placement, and dispatch of goods.
Control stock, establish replenishment needs, and avoid stockouts.
Perform periodic inventories, detect discrepancies, and keep warehouse information up to date.
Prepare and supervise orders and the supply of materials and tools to construction sites.
Coordinate procurement needs with purchasing and the technical department.
Register entries, exits, orders, returns, and delivery notes in the management software.
Organize the work of two people on different shifts, ensuring coordination and the handover of information.
Operate the forklift and assist with loading and unloading when necessary.
Keep the warehouse tidy, with products correctly identified and located.
