The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company specializing in comprehensive VTC fleet management, which is experiencing significant growth and is looking to bring on a VTC Fleet Manager for its Donostia office.

What you'll do

Managing, monitoring, and supporting drivers.
Onboarding and training new hires.
Organizing shifts, schedules, vacations, and days off.
Monitoring performance and achieving objectives.
Analyzing basic data related to fleet activity.
Proposing improvements and supporting daily team management.

Requirements

No previous experience required for the position.
