Junior Process Engineer

· Student or graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Organization Engineering or similar, or a higher-level vocational qualification (CFGS) related to industrial production.

· Interest in process engineering, continuous improvement, and the industrial environment.

· Basic knowledge of industrial production processes and ability to read technical drawings.

· Intermediate level of Office / Excel.

· Analytical, proactive profile, with the ability to learn and good communication skills with production teams.

· Training or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and basic use of CAD software is a plus.

· Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

About the role: We are looking for a Junior Process Engineer who will provide support to the Production and Logistics area, participating in the analysis, improvement, and standardization of production processes, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Analysis of production processes in the plant through direct observation, time studies, and data analysis.

· Identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in production flows.

· Participation in continuous improvement projects: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, and standardization.

· Conducting time and motion studies, calculating production capacities, and line balancing.

· Support in improving OEE and other key productivity indicators.

· Design, proposal, validation, and improvement of tooling, fixtures, and production resources.

· Preparation and updating of technical documentation: work instructions, operating procedures, flow diagrams, and plant layouts.

· Daily technical support to production teams and participation in root cause analysis (RCA).

· Support during the launch of new processes, products, or production lines.

· Cross-functional collaboration with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering departments.
