Requirements
What we're looking for
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have a Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity, Electronics, or equivalent training, or you can demonstrate proven experience in the sector.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in high-voltage maintenance and installations, particularly in transformer substations and substations.
- You have experience coordinating teams or working as a supervisor, team leader, or crew leader.
- You are able to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams and use measuring equipment.
- You are familiar with the safety regulations applicable to high- and medium-voltage electrical installations.
- You hold a valid driving license (category B).
- You are an independent, organized person with leadership skills, a focus on quality, and a strong commitment to safety.

The role
At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the infrastructure and energy sector, which is currently looking to bring on board an HV/MV Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen its technical team.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out maintenance and installation work on high- and medium-voltage electrical installations, ensuring safety, quality of work, and the proper operation of the facilities.
- Planning interventions and organizing the human and material resources required for their proper execution.
- Preparing budgets and technical documentation for the work.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on transformer substations, substations, and high- and medium-voltage installations.
- Supervising and executing installation, commissioning, and testing work on electrical equipment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams for the proper execution of the work.
- Coordinating and providing support to the team during field work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and occupational risk prevention.
- Working closely with the Site Manager and the Works Technician to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvement.
