The role
At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company in its sector, which needs to permanently hire a Team Leader to reinforce its production area.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the work team, ensuring the fulfillment of production objectives.
- Guarantee the correct functioning of production processes and the quality of the final product.
- Manage and resolve incidents and conflicts within the team, maintaining an optimal working environment.
- Ensure the correct distribution of tasks, time control, and optimization of resources.
- Provide support to the different areas during the startup and development of projects.
- Propose continuous improvements in the production area to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
