What you'll get

Schedule: FIXED AFTERNOON SHIFT (Monday to Friday from 14:00h to 22:00h)
Contract: Initial contract through Marlex (approx. 1 year) with subsequent direct incorporation and an indefinite contract by the company.
Salary: €11.64 gross/hour (approx. €1,846.50 gross per month).

The role

At Marlex, we are looking to recruit production personnel with high manual dexterity for a major leading company in the manufacturing of medical devices, located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts.

If you have experience or skills in activities that demand maximum precision, such as manicuring, aesthetics, makeup, jewelry, sewing, micro-assembly, or crafts, you have exactly the agility and subtlety that we need.

We value that manual fluency that is perfected in the most meticulous tasks, whether through your current profession, previous jobs, or even through a hobby.

You do not need previous experience in our sector! We are looking for people with manual dexterity and the desire to be part of a stable project with long-term prospects.

What you'll do

Actively participating in the startup of the mass production line.
Prepare and manage the materials necessary for the manufacturing of medical devices.
Strictly complying with the guidelines of the operation sheets.
Perform, under the supervision of the direct supervisor, the operations specified in each manufacturing order.
Executing quality controls during the specific process of implant creation.
Strictly respect and apply hygiene regulations (you will work in a cleanroom environment) and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations.
Reporting any incident or deviation to the supervisor and actively collaborating by proposing improvements.
