Accounting and Finance Technician

· Possibility to participate in analysis, reporting, and financial control tasks, progressively expanding responsibilities.

· Competitive remuneration, between €28,000 and €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and suitability for the position.

At Marlex, we are looking for an Accounting-Finance Technician to join the Administrative-Finance department of a consolidated company with industrial and commercial activity at national and international levels.

The selected person will integrate into a team of four professionals and, reporting directly to the department manager, will participate in the accounting, financial, and administrative management of the company and its subsidiary companies.

· Financial accounting: Recording of customer and supplier invoices, investments, depreciation, and representation expenses. Bank reconciliations and accounting management of collections and payments.

· Financial control and management: Support to the finance manager in monthly accounting closings, preparation of financial reports, and analysis of results for the group companies and its subsidiaries. Collaboration in budgets, audits, and economic monitoring.

· Tax management: Preparation and filing of taxes and tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, Intrastat, etc.)

· General administration: Document management and performance of administrative tasks specific to the department.

· Full-time: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 17:30 h.

· Fridays: continuous working day from 08:00 to 15:00 h.

· July and August: intensive working day from 08:00 to 15:00 h.

· Location: Ciudad del Transporte, Noáin.
