The role

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of orders received mainly via email.
Registration, organization, and control of customer orders.
Stock control and monitoring of material needs.
Administrative coordination and control of the warehouse and production.
Monitoring of orders and control of scheduled delivery dates.
Organization of priorities according to orders, stock, and production planning.
Control and updating of information related to orders and deliveries.
Coordination with warehouse and production to ensure compliance with deadlines.
General administrative support and filing of documentation.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 h to 17:00 h.
Full-time.
