The role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize production processes for an industrial company in the materials processing sector. The main objective will be to guarantee efficiency and quality in product manufacturing.

Lead the transformation and automation of the production plant
Define and implement the industrial strategy of the plant

What you'll do

Plan and supervise daily production operations.
Coordinate the human and material resources necessary to meet production objectives.
Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards in the plant.
Implement improvements in production processes to optimize efficiency.
Supervise the maintenance of the plant's equipment and machinery.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper flow of production.
Prepare reports on production performance and propose solutions to possible incidents.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the sector
