Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree or Master's in banking and finance, accounting, business administration and management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in internal audit, external audit (Big Four or in a financial services organization, with specialization in banking or consumer finance).
- Good knowledge of local banking regulations, especially in consumer finance, transparency, anti-money laundering (AML), and insurance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP and with data analysis and business intelligence tools will be positively valued.
- Willingness to obtain Internal Audit certifications, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
